Smooth claim process

Made a claim through their windscreen authorised workshop and was impressed that the claim was looked into and processed within the same day. I was able to get my windscreen replacement the very next day.

Smooth claim process

When my luggage and ring were damaged, I sent in a claims request and it was settled. I was sceptical at first about submitting claims for such issues but MSIG actually took time to help me with it.
